There are tournaments that are held and there are tournaments that become tradition. The Canarias Cup is one of the latter. With 17 editions behind it, this tournament held in Tenerife — the most visited island in Spain — is one of the oldest in the International Youth Football portfolio and one of the most repeated by participating clubs. Why? Because Tenerife in summer is a combination that never fails: high-level football, dream climate all year round, and an island that has everything — volcanoes, black beaches, tropical jungle, and entertainment until dawn.

Seventeen years of reasons to come. The Canarias Cup is not created, it is inherited — and the inheritance is good. Are you bringing your team to Tenerife this summer?
